Role Overview We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our teams in a strategic enterprise transformation project, taking ownership of the architecture, evolution, and governance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, development teams, and integration specialists to design scalable, sustainable, and business-driven solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. What you will do - Define solution architectures based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices; - Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust functional and technical solution designs; - Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures, including integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms; - Establish architectural standards, governance models, implementation guidelines, and best practices across Dynamics 365 and related technologies; - Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, supporting development teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring architectural consistency and quality. What you are like - Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture and enterprise-scale implementations; - Proficient in designing complex business solutions and translating business requirements into architecture decisions; - Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, including architecture, governance, security, environment management, and lifecycle management practices; - Skilled in integration architecture, including APIs, Azure services, and enterprise application ecosystems; - Experienced in collaborating with technical teams, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and decision-makers; - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate; - Familiar with Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Dynamics 365 Project Operations, which will be considered a strong advantage.
