Responsibilities- Drive automation initiatives for application support activities, deployments, health checks, monitoring and alerting; - Support ServiceNow automation, orchestration and integration initiatives; - Develop and implement enhancements in coordination with offshore managed service teams; - Create and update requests, forms, portals and process workflows; - Collaborate with application users, operations teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into self-service solutions; - Investigate and roll out ServiceNow capabilities such as ATF and Virtual Agent; - Support ServiceNow upgrades; - Coordinate releases, ensuring developments and testing are completed on time and with the expected quality; - Develop custom support tools to automate production processes; - Generate metrics, reports and operational insights; - Create and maintain technical documentation for automation scripts and solutions; - Act as a technical analyst and support release coordination activities across the ServiceNow platform. Requirements- 3–7 years of experience with ServiceNow development, platform architecture or tooling engineering ; - Strong hands-on experience in system integrations and process automation ; - Strong experience with REST and SOAP web services ; - Experience with Directory Service integrations , including Active Directory, Azure AD and/or LDAP; - Strong experience with technologies such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML, databases and SQL ; - Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM ; - Good understanding of the ITIL framework ; - Experience using software development tools, IDEs and code repositories; - Experience with release management and coordination; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ; - Strong communication skills and ability to work with offshore, nearshore and onsite teams; - Fluent English. Nice to Have - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD and CSM ; - Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ServiceNow Orchestration, AWS EKS and AKS ; - Experience with ServiceNow ATF and Virtual Agent ; - ServiceNow Developer Certification ; - French language skills .
